Fortunately, he has the mental clarity to criticize players so that they understand what they need to do to improve their game. As an Arsenal supporter, I will stick my neck out and say he will improve Chelsea beyond all recognition by the middle of this season, if not before. What makes him a good manager is his attention to detail, not only for Chelsea but also for the opposition team, which means he can pick from a very large group of players to inflict maximum damage.
