I'm torn between the FX30 and the A6700.

Q: Is the FX30 good for casual photography?
This is why I'm considering the A6700, because it's a hybrid camera. However, I'm concerned about its overheating issues, especially since I live in the Philippines. That's why the FX30 is my other option.

Mark! Thanks for doing these. Sony A6700, 18-50 F2.8 and Sony 11 F1.8 or Sony A7C II, 20-70 F4 and Sony 20 F1.8 for a full time travel vlogging kit. Is the extra $ for full frame worth the big price difference? Interested in some moderate photography as well. Thanks!

in regard to the queston about Tokina lenses ....

The Tokina atx-m 85mm F1.8 is an excellent lens that is very sharp wide open without CA or fringing issues. The focusing has been quick and reliable. 
My Tokina 85mm has met my image quality requirements for an 85mm.

Oh, hi Mark!
Just got a 50 1.8f for my little zv-e10 and I love its sharpness and the OSS for my videos but it seems to struggle with AF in changing subject, “bouncing” a little before stabilize. Is it a known issue or maybe just my lens is damaged?

For hybrid photo and video, Sony 20-70 f4 over Tamron because Sony's IBIS works way better than 3rd party lenses when doing video. Unless of course you're just using a tripod.

I missed your livestream. Q: with the ZV1 ii getting discounts every now and then, is it worth it to get that over the ZVE10 ii for a beginner? It will be used exclusively for travel and family videos. There a C$500 difference between them right now.
