I love how he as a person has changed and so has his style to create a new sound. But when he sings, you can still feel the Gerard from MCR that we all know and love. The person the feels deep emotions and uses it to help others and make them feel less alone. He still has the same drive to create art, but has changed up the style, just like he changed and grew as an individual. It's beautiful.

My daughter passed away a year ago today. It's made the thought of Christmas make me sick. Christmas hurts really badly and typically so does any Christmas music.

I took a chance on this because I am a big fan and this really reiterated why. This song is beautiful. It really encapsulated the feeling of loving something so magical and so far away in the season somehow and that feeling I got gave me true comfort for the first time in a long time. My daughter made me feel whole, safe, and happy and I long more than anything to be with her again. The words in this song really resonated with those emotions and are making me feel like maybe she's my holiday spirit after all.

Know what I sit in my room on a normal day and still listen to MCR. I am sitting on my bus and I listened to that and it was one of the most beautiful songs I’ve ever heard that angelic voice sing. Honestly I couldn’t be more glad Gerard came back with music it’s lifted my spirts. I love his music and will continue to love his music for a very long time. It’s important we remember his accomplishments back then but it’s more important to recognize his accomplishments now. He’s doing such an amazing job making a Netflix series, making comics, and creating amazing music. He’s doing a lot for us and he deserves recognition for all of it. Always appreciate what’s good in life and appreciate people’s hard work. This man is a great man and I couldn’t be happier to know he exists.
