Is This The Most Powerful Medicine on Earth?

Think you might be gluten sensitive? Take the quiz:

Sunshine, or sunlight, is a very powerful form of medicine for our bodies. It has different types of light that we can't see, like ultraviolet and infrared. These types of light have a big impact on our bodies, and they can actually be really good for us.

But for a long time, people have been told to stay out of the sun and use sunscreen to avoid getting skin cancer. However, recent research shows that not getting enough sun can actually cause a lot of health problems, like vitamin D deficiencies and diseases like cancer, heart disease, Alzheimer's, and diabetes.

So, it's important to get enough sun exposure, especially if you live in a place with less sunlight. Sunshine is like a medicine that can help keep us healthy, and it's important to make sure we get enough of it.

I am in zone 6. I have an 8 x12 greenhouse with polycarbonate diffusing panels for glass. I stuck in a little heater, turn it on at 9 am on a sunny day, and try to go out for 2 hours midday. 20 outside, 80 inside. Heavenly and I feel good.

From Sri Lankan 70 Years. A Christian - Budhist. I am a Sun worshiper since 1996. Many indigenous sages have recommended this to be done early morning at Sun-Rise. In recent times before 9.00 A.M. I sleep late and wake-up late. Hence, it is out. Some days when I am busy I do so in the afternoon. I have a roof terrace in the 3rd floor of my House, so I get the best Sun shine Fully. Some days (as at present) it is soo very hot at noon, the Met Dept. too has issued warnings to avoid the Sun Light. But I carry-on. After a bath or the daily body wash, without towelling I go to the top and perform my physical exercises too. Yes it is very hot the Terra Cotta floor tiles too are really scorching. But, I bear-up suffering a few seconds and perform my initial worship and appeal to the 'Sun God' and instantly I receive a vibrant breeze, after which I am able to stand at that spot and perform my ritual and then the physical exercises which lasts about 30 Minutes during which I generously expose every part of my body to the Sun-Light. Often I am without a meal or Tea and famished, only a glass of water. The Sun gives me the Energy to do so. I have a shower too up there, at times I enjoy a nice Turkish bath too with the privacy. Unfortunately, recently a new house is being constructed nearby some feet higher . So my Turkish baths have to be curtailed.

Thank you Dr. Osbourne for again enlightening us about something that boils down to greed. I grew up in Florida, going to the beach frequently and basically "living" outside. It's amazing to me the number of people in power that base their whole essence on creating fear for many reasons including making money.

I tried to tell people about this, but hey just look at me like sure...sure
been in the sun all my life, and at 64, skin not that bad
I just tell them that countries where poor people work outside have low cases of internal cancers
and this is true for 10's of thousands of years, The body and the sun have been chained together for a long time for health and hormone production

💥💥💥 The problem is the sun is filtered through all the chemtrails being sprayed out. Do a deep dive on that, it will shock you. A good reference is the Geoengineering.

I hear you and in many instances, agree with you. However living in the Antipodes, where apparently our melanoma rates are higher than the rest of the world, I tend to be a little cautious. Always love your videos, thank you.

Thank you for this. Powerful information. You reinforced my natural instincts, without the sun we all die…

I live in the tropics, wear a floppy hat to protect my face but also expose my arms and legs to the sun by wearing short sleeves and short pants. I have no wrinkles even though I'm 72 and have fair skin. But I do have some sun spots on my arms and hands. I also take polypodium leucotomos capsules each day.
