Mom came and took one of her three kids aways from the Guardian and the Sheriff couldn`t intervene because the order stating that the children should stay with Guardian had not been filed for an evidentiary hearing

The two Children that remained do not wanna go back with their mother and want their brother returned back

Mom is attempting to change schools for the child she came and took

Mom claims she is 6 months clean and attending meetings and that the child she took is doing very well and that she got him potty trained

The children have a long history living in an influx while in Mom's care and are concerned

Mom insists to the Judge she would like to change her child`s school

Yeah I'd like a drug test to verify her claims. That kid should not be in the mother's care. You need to earn the kid back not just grab him. How was she even allowed near them to grab him. If the other lady was given guardianship then the cops should be able to enforce that. The kid should go back until the court case is decided.

6 months isn't long enough to be sober. It isnt that easy, she needs a couple of years to even say that she is in recovery and a few more years to say she is sober. Period!❤✨

This was inevitable.
The court just let her get away with grabbing that child. So she learned that when she did what she feels like, there are no repercussions.
The judge should never have let her keep the child. Not given how she grabbed, not given where she is living, not giving her history.
The older kids are sick or her. So she taking this chance to traumatise the youngest one now.
She sure doesn't look very healthy or stable. But I suspect a lot of that is her character.
