Hayabusa really cool intro, and modernized ninja is cool, but in-game it falls apart.
Zed has very short intro but he has a really cool model, and in-game it looks really great.
So I'd say Zed takes the win here.

Hayabusa's ulti reminds me of Ryu Hayabusa's special attack from NG with the dragon sword, obviously it is inspired by the best ninja in any game... Ryu Hayabusa. The range of colors is pretty.
