I went to your website. I could pay someone to build me a conventional stick built home on a basement and get more living space for far less than your prices. Your prices are 2.43 times what a conventional home can be built for. If I'm going to build a home out of shipping containers I have the skills and know how to build it myself. Lastly, if you aren't removing the original flooring, or sealing it with an epoxy sealant, you are setting yourself up for a lawsuit down the road. All shipping containers made overseas are made with plywood that is treated with a PCB based insecticide preservative. It off gasses fumes for 20 to 30 years. And it doesn't matter what you cover it with. Except if it's sealed, or removed and replaced. The plywood is toxic and shouldn't even be sanded as doing so created dust particles that you can breath in unless you're wearing a respirator/filter mask.
