Seeing you not use a recipe or anything’s really shocks me bc whenever I bake and I use a recipe it still goes badly 😅❤

1 cup of brown butter
6 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 white sugar
Mix
1 egg
splash of vanilla
1 cup + 3 tbsp of flour
1/4 cup corn starch
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
Mix
Chopped chocolate
Chopped walnuts
Mix
Put rolled up balls on a pan add more chocolate if wanted and then bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes top with flaky salt

I just made these and the texture was very sandy and not at all what I was hoping for. However, this short introduced me to brown butter for baking and I'm grateful for that.
