So we replaced our old dryer, for various reasons. I don't know what's happened but cold air comes in from the lint catcher/filter and from below and around the new dryer. This wasn't happening with the old dryer. I didn't install the unit my brother did but I installed a new external gravity flap exhaust.
One thing I noticed is that around the exhaust there's a lot of lint. We didn't have this with the old dryer. The new dryer like the old dryer dries the clothes normally. It's just this annoying draft.
In the mornings the kitchen is very cold.
