Bayonetta 3 - Release Date Trailer

Bayonetta struts through multiple locations in an all-new, over-the-top climax action game. Sporting a wicked new ensemble and somehow familiar pigtails, the titular Umbra Witch must face a mysterious evil using her signature guns and time-slowing Witch Time ability. This time, invading manmade bioweapons called Homunculi find themselves in Bayonetta’s crosshairs.

Hmmmm... Something seems off about this Cereza. I can't quite put my finger on what it is though. Like this Bayonetta isn't herself or a different timeline Bayonetta. Or maybe there's an substantial time skip? But that wouldn't explain why Luka is still middle aged. The new female character who also seems like an Umbran witch? But how if Bayonetta and Jeanne were the last Umbran witches who tf is Viola?

i'm glad they seem to focus more on plot rather than gameplay this time around, bayonetta is such a great character she deserves more attention

In the part where bayonetta holds a heart, you can hear the theme of jubileus for a couple of seconds. It could mean something or just be completely nothing

Edit: When you get a zoom in on the giant gomorrah, it's 4 eyes glow, which could mean this bayonetta has reawakened the left eye
