1:56, Uh yes it is - the requirements were for you to study four or more hours and you didn't therefore you don't receive an A.

The third row puzzles me. How is it not a violation of the agreement you made with the instructor? That could mean "If I study ONLY 1 minute (which is in range of almost not studying at all and studying 4 hours), I WILL score an A". That doesn't make any sense. It would make sense if the sentence was something like "If you study 4 hours or more, you COULD score an A on the exam" (presuming I was exceptionally intelligent or whatever).
