In this video, James explains why he is so particular about serving and drinking wines at around 18 degrees C. Reds shouldn't be too warm and whites shouldn't be too cold!

I read in book wine from Carsten Henn that light dry white wine and rosé has to be realy cold. That much that is possible. Is it true?
