The Flash is the fastest man alive! And what else would you expect? With an energy source like the Speed Force at your side, you could be the fastest man (or woman) alive too! ...But that doesn't make much sense, does it? The Flash isn't like Batman or Captain America. You can't always count on the same man hiding beneath the mask. In fact, over the years and through the multiverse, there have been DOZENS of Flashes! The Speed Force is hardly a private commodity! But obviously, every person who uses it cannot be "The Fastest Man Alive", so what gives? Who is the REAL master speedster? Faster than light. Faster than a tachyon. Faster than a Planck Instant. It almost seems like the only person fast enough to challenge the Flash... is the Flash.

*Additional Notes:* I recognize that Barry is the one who apparently generates the Speed Force, but it didn't come up in this video because, frankly, it isn't incredibly relevant. His showings are still consistent with the ranking provided here. He struggles to manipulate the energy just like everybody else and has lost control of it multiple times. I think that Barry was still the fastest because the original basic question was who is the fastest flash alive. The one who went the fastest (with assistance non the less) was Barry. The random girl isn’t even a flash anyway, she’s literally part of the speed force. It would be optimistic to even say she’s still a person. She more like the conscious of the speed force.
