Idk i doubt Oda is gonna play the same card twice so easily. It would definetly raise some eyebrows if Buggy just _happens_ to _also_ have a 1 in a billion mythical zone type, that just happens to also only reveal itself once awakened, that Buggy just happens to also know nothing about. People would definitely think it cheapens Luffy's situation.

Also as far as i know theres no evidence what so ever of this. Whats far more likely is buggy will simply awaken his paramecia type and become a decent threat that way.

If you look at the cover of a given chapter you'll see the yonkos with their mouths open symbolizing they're characters that ate gods. Luffy ate the sun god, buggy the forest god with capabilities to chop others similar to law's room ability, blackbeard is the earth god and the last one is believed to be a random character associated with buggy as the leader of a mining operation in charge of searching for john's treasure. This in mind imagine logia admirals all working under given gods. Smoker under luffy, green bull under buggy, kuzan under blackbeard and as for shanks none. Why? Cause shanks will have 0 fruit to show off, luffy with 1, buggy with 2 by default and blackbeard with 3 fruits due to one special decil fruit that allows him to eat 2 additional devil fruits at the cost of losing the ability to sleep.
