You should get them from breeders or a decent pet shop with a good reputation...it's cruel to put them in boxes and post them :( ..he didn't look very alert with all his limbs out like that..

I'm sure he is very happy with you now and being well looked after, I'm not having a go at you- just in future don't but on line it's really cruel to the animal.

I'm picking up my two baby tortoises in two weeks :)

The Poor bastard bounced around like a tumbleweed for days, then sat in the porch doorstep all day with no holes till the person got home, while laying on his back, rocking all around, having an awesome fkn time inside of a fkn glad container.
i think anything after that is a happy ever after.

It's messed up that tortoise was sent in a box with no UV light or Heat lamp! Let alone with no food or water. I hope you gave the tortoise immediate proper care before any serious health problems occur.

How old was it because it says yours a baby. My tortoise must be a baby too because it is smaller about 3.5 inches shell length
