The first head to head election debate in Scotland and Kezia won it hands down with sturgens way back in fifth place, sturgens lost her composure on quite a few occasions, choseing to attack her opponents rather than answer questions put to her from the audience, not a good sign for her, but she knows that the people that keeps the snp in power ie the lower paid and the lowest taxed in Glasgow and Dundee will vote for the snp no matter what policies they have, a sad reflection  of the of the times

Absolutely shocked at the behaviour of Angus McNeil in the Commons during the voting of the Scotland Bill, slouched back in his seat whilst  the Shadow Scottish Secretary was speaking and sitting with his back to the Speaker , also too busy looking at his phone whilst Angus Robertson was speaking, what an ignorant, arrogant individual who does not know how to behave during such an important bill for Scotland in the full glare of the public, I hope the people of the Western isles do this man justice at the upcoming elections as he will not do the snp any favours and should be sanctioned at the highest level

Switched from Labour to SNP 10 years ago and voted Yes in the Independence referendum. I'm thinking we dodged a bullet by losing the referendum.

The following policies have lost them many votes from just my friends, family and colleagues.

A) The changes to council tax where people owning bands E and above houses will subsidise the people living in bands A to D.

B) The failure to match the increased 40% tax threshold seen in the rest of the UK.

C) The proposal to increase the top rate of tax for people earning over £150, 000 to 50%.

B and C don't impact on my life currently (C will never impact me unfortunately). Policies such as these, alienate the most driven, hardest working people in society and dampen down the flames of ambition. Who the hell wants to give half of their earnings to the government? Just so they can squander it? Everyone in society should be paying an equal percentage of their income into the system.
