I love the Flax Light, I have to bribe my daughter to get it off her lol. Only thing I have found is that the body is quite short. I have started adding an extra 2in to the pattern.
I’ve had Knitter’s elbow too and I find knitting with my elbow bent in one position for too long causes it every time. I now wear a brace if I know I’m in for a long session so I don’t keep my elbow bent badly.

I had “knitting elbow “ a few years ago and wearing a tensor elbow brace (available from drug stores) really helped :)

I’m also suffering from tennis elbow at the moment, and I have so much knitting I want to do. I have a brace and it helps, especially with chores like vacuuming (which bothers it the most), but I wonder if anyone has any others tips or tricks?
