Contra NES 2 player Netplay 60fps

Gameplay starts at 1:59. Best viewed in 60 fps. I'm player 1 and vhr2121 is player 2.
This is a hack by Nesrocks that sets the difficulty to the same as the 7th loop in this game. It also fixes the incorrect camera scrolling that is normally in 2 player. We originally skipped the cutscenes, but I added them in after.
