Thanks for your videos, very informative and straightforward! Much appreciated. I was wondering if you might have any suggestions on how I can make a cardstack (like tinder) to display movie posters with information from The Movie DB. I've managed to use a RecyclerView to display the title, description and poster in a scrolling list. I was also able to turn that list into a cardview, but it's still just a scrolling list with cards at that point. I'd like to display one card at a time and be able to swipe through the list. Any insight is appreciated, and thanks again for your videos!

Hi Mitch, I did have a problem with this app. This app only worked for me changing Constraint Layout to Relative Layout with a vertical orientation. I have changed it back forth now. Ughhhh. tell me something? When I ran it in Constraint Layout it does not crash but my list of names does not show up at all, the app runs though.

Hi mitch! I was wondering, after you selected the button "Open" or the red phone icon when you swiped left, how can i retrieve the string of the TextView in the particular listview? (which in your case, it's "mitch" since all of the names in the listview are "mitch")
