Great< video and some nice tips! This is a scary time for new investors but the best thing you can do is not to make decisions based on emotions. This could actually be a good time to buy more of your high conviction stocks or crypto on a discount. Wealth is created during bear markets, not bull markets. If your portfolio is really effecting your mental health then delete the app and go for a walk. Let the market do its thing and have a long time horizon. The golden rule of investing generally is "diversification". You shouldn't put all your eggs in one basket. A friend of mine lost almost half of his inheritance in the Luna crypto saga. 1. *Quality Companies*
a. Companies u can picture 5 years from now still beatin' the competition
b. Companies that have a upgoin' cashflow for the past years
c. Preferrably in good sectors like technology, energy, finances (but this rule can be broken when the company is worth it)

2. *Expert Recomendations*
a. See expert recs on Youtube n then do ur research
b. Check the portfolio of some funds or ppl u admire
c. U can also check the VOO composition and check the top 50 wt more attention

3. *Keep notes*
a. i don't remember all my criteria by heart but i have notes... Keep notes so u can decide better when choosin' ur next stocks

Rule#1 - actually nobody want to lose money but almost everyone loses money in stock market at some point even WB lose money in some of his involvements.

Rule#4 - it is same like telling a Math student that if you don't understand Math then stay away from it which would eventually leads to his failures in school. So, if you don't understand a company try to get the answer on internet. In today's world there are lots and lots of resources. So, I don't understand how this rule works.

Finally, after watching many investment related business, we everyone will be aware of these rules.

What I wanted you guys should make a video on all the parameters for stack selection followed by these investors like WB, Mohnish Pabrai, Peter Lynch etc.
I have heard that Mohnish Pabrai has 89 parameters for stock selection. Please make such video.
