Good and useful information and resources.I don't consume any or Everything in my System.I try to be on my Safeguard, I don't want to be in Pain and Hogony also by these foods.I eat a Healthy Breakfast a hard boiled Brown Egg, Homemade Oatmeal, whole wheat crackers, Banana, I cup of Tumeric and Green tea.I glass of water.I pray and Stay Healthy with God help through prayers.

Great video! Just wanted to mention that a lot of American oats and grains are sprayed with chemicals, so even organic ones might have some residue. For homemade bread, letting it rise for at least 24 hrs in the fridge works best for me. I use coffee creamer because I’m lactose intolerant. I mostly eat fresh fruits and veggies, cage-free, organic eggs, and no red meat. My bloodwork is perfect, so I think a little sugar free creamer won’t hurt. Love the slow and calm pace of the video. Thanks!
