Ingredients:

1 can (560g) young unripe jackfruit, drained
1 meat-free chicken or vegetable stock cube
Oil for deep frying
200ml barbecue sauce

Dry Mix:

1 cup flour
1 tbsp chicken seasoning (yea, it’s vegan friendly)
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp cajun seasoning

Wet Mix:

1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp chicken seasoning
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp cajun seasoning
1/3 cup water
