What if IV increases after deploying this strategy, it will start giving loss even if market went nowhere.
This is what happened on 4th of june. IV increased as market fell sharp, premium doubled..this strategy showed a max loss of 5.4% at around 12:20/12:25. Then it recovered with the market and came in profit as IV dropped and decay happened.
So it looks like a zero loss but it can still give loss if volatility increases.

Still these 52 mins were worth it and it shows how well u understand options. Thanks for the video sir🙏🙏

You're getting this big a range given the current high vix scenario. When the vix reverts to its mean, the bear ratio ladder can be suicidal.
