“The Department will continue to promote and encourage COVID-19 vaccination for all service members,” Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said in the memo. “Vaccination enhances operational readiness and protects the force.”

I got kicked out for this reason, served for 4 years and did 2 deployments.

They kicked me out july 1st 2022 with a pregnant wife. No grace period for health insurance, they gave me a general under honorable, took away my GI bill.

Same happened to my brother in the military.

Served 12 years 11B, and decided to come back In an join the reserves and haven't been allowed to attend monthly BA, AT for past 2 years and was denied MOSQ 2 weeks before flying out. Denied promotion, lost GI Bill and CAC card privileges. Now they want me to come back like nothing happend

All US Military Members that got kicked out for not being vacinated should turn around and sue for loss of employment, loss of income and loss of carreer advancement! every single U.S Military that got kicked out for that should sue.

As an unvaccinated service member, I was trying to tell all service members that I knew who didn't take the vaccine to complete a religious accommodation/exception to policy package. The ones who listened are still in, the ones who didn't have gotten kicked out. When things like this happen, the key is to flood the system with paperwork and appeals.

It was not a lawful order. DoD may only be ordered to take FDA approved vaccines. The vaccines available were "emergency use only". All DoD members were coerced into taking the emergency only version. The FDA approved version has never been produced and DoD members were intended to absorb the back-stock of emergency vaccines that went unused by the general public. Once this unlawful order was brought to light by a class action lawsuit, the DoD was told to back down and shut up about it. The lawsuit exists and is currently active. I personally know members involved. This needs to be known.
