I'm a 60 year old guy and listening to this young woman perform brings tears to my eyes. Julia, thru her bass, just becomes part of the music. There are a lot of good bass players out there but not many have the gift/feel of letting the music flow out thru them and in to their playing. You can't teach that.
I listen to songs on this channel that Julia has covered(covered almost sounds like an insult), that I other wise would not listen to just to hear her magic.
