Thank you so much for your sharing! Actually, I have already used those geared pegs from 5 years ago. Yes, for me, it is magic to solve many problems. I highly recommend it. Sometimes, I wanted to practice but stopped due to a string stuck or loose problem or making fingers hurt during tuning it.
Moreover, it is not just easy to tune and also to save money for your strings. I found original pegs loose suddenly one or two times, then the strings are easy to break (you know it costs a lot!), because sudden loose and reset it make high friction on bridge and nut to harm the strings.
