For everyone confused, it's about anxiety and stress.
When it says that their phone has no signal, it's to represent that they can't call for help.
When it says that the silence is so loud, it means that it's quiet irl, but inside her head, she has these loud thoughts squirming around.
The monsters she talks about are again, her own thoughts.
The panic room is her mind.
When she talks about the coast clearing, she means she thinks everything might work out.
But then those voices and strange noises keep disturbing her wherever she goes.
The monsters that are bigger than her control are thoughts that just put a stop onto her, so like, so like, .she has maybe a project to present, and she's just like, what if the whole thing just falls apart on stage?
When she says the nightmares gonna begin, she means that because of all the thoughts she had, she thinks some upcoming event is gonna be a hellish disaster.
