Im building red brooch, prophetic, prydwen as core items.

Sekhmet is actually good combined with blue totem and secured CD buff.

Depending on match up I grab Either contaigon or glad shiel - Pestilence or Oni garb.

Spectral if they have crits.

I also slap Dawnbreker as 6th item on Chaac if I am ahead. However I find Stone of Binding good too.

I love Cerberus solo, that’s not a bad build, of course conduit gem helps with damage but why go damage when you can go funny anti heal, plus I usually try to fit both contagion and mystical, for double passive damage, and if you go tainted amulet you might miss out on more damage from breast plate but you actually heal off more from your opponents healing

Erlang with Equinox and Qin's with the other 4 items being tank does well for me.

Most of these builds assume that you're laning against a physical god - what happens if they choose a guardian? Does the build still stand up by switching out the order of, say, Mystical and Dormaru?
