ESP 8266 -01 FirmWare Upgrade & BaudRate setting

ESP 8266 -01 is basic model WIFI module and can be interfaced with any Microcontroller to provide WiFi facility.
This video describes how to upgrade the module to AiThinker Firmware.
1MByte RAM on board , so use 1MB (8Mbit) dout .bin file for firmware.

Great Video! I have been 3-4 days and finding rabbit holes and garbage. BUT, you have everything (or active links) Right Here! Thank You, Mr. S!
I used a programming module from Amazon, but it still needs '0' connected to GND and 'E' connected to 3V3.

Definitely deserve more subscriptions, great tutorial, very simple, helped to get through my esp8266 01 configuration. I would highly recommend use external power and voltage regulator(resistors, 100uF capacitor), plus the resistors that comes with Rx, since it may damage the chip. Thank you again good sir.

I have question: After erasing flash, the error occurs: "failed to write at target flash". and I repeat over and over again still the same error appears? How can I solve this issue?

I followed all of your steps and after firmware update the esp8266 is on continuous reset loop, am unable to enter the AT commands. Is there a solution for this?
