So I bought this unit for my business trips as I don't like to listen to music on my phone while I'm flying as it kills my battery. I have to say for the price it seems to be good. It has good sound quality, and the buttons have a decent click. The drawbacks are the menus are a little awkward to navigate at first and the screen has pretty terrible resolution. Overall, I'm satisfied though. Thank you for the review.

Hi. Need help. Any way to factory reset this mp3? I've pressed SETTINGS -> Factory settings -> Restore factory settings? -> YES -> Restored (half of a second, very quick). This didn't take me anywhere. It did not format internal storage or SD card, just returned to SETTINGS, even the clock stayed the same. Any place on the net to get the software on anything that could help me out. Thank you in advance

My Mahdi all of a sudden stopped recognizing my card. I can't play the music, just one default song. There is no telephone support number. I tried everything in frustration. The songs are still on my card, I checked on my PC. The Mahdi just won't recognize or play them.

Is there a player where there are 2 features like having a camera and sd card simultaneously, most players either have only one feature like having a sd card but no camera or having camera without sd card
