How to write your personal story to attract, lead and inspire

Since the age of 9, I’ve been haunted by one thought: How can I be the best in the world at what I do?

After decades of striving to be the best, I decided to retrace my steps along the way and guess what? Certain patterns, methods, and systems revealed themselves to me.

One constant element found on my timeline toward being the best is personal story. You’ve got to know it and let it lead the way!

ABOUT BO EASON
Bo is a speaker, performer, author and trainer who started his career in the NFL as a top pick for the Houston Oilers. Continuing on with the San Francisco 49ers, during his 5-year career, Bo competed beside and against some of the greatest players of his generation.

In 2001, Bo wrote and performed his one-man play, Runt of the Litter, which he performed on Broadway to rave reviews. The New York Times called it, “One of the most powerful plays in the last decade.” Bo toured with the play in over 50 cities and it is being adapted as a major motion picture.

In his quest for excellence on the stage, Bo trained with some of the world’s most brilliant performance and movement coaches, Larry Moss and Jean-Louis Rodrigue. Bo now draws from their techniques and wisdom to coach others to be excellent presenters and storytellers.

When you mentioned "fake leaders" I got shocked, but it´s true, there is not a single person in the world who is commited to move forward than yourself. When you become the greatest leader of yourself, you become something real, it´s not a side of your story, it´s not a side of the shape, it´s you goblally commited to make something different, something tremendously great in life. When I was at 4th grade. I remember one time at English class. It was super noisy and my teacher came up with the solution : whoever speak loud will have to go to the blackboard and stand on his knees until he/she can find another noisy classmate. Then it was my turn to go, I was not panic because I was sure I could pick one noisy classmate easily, but I coudn't. And I ended up crying in front of the whole class, first and only time. Not because I coudn't find anyone - almost everyone talk loudly - because I coudn't find anyone bad enough to endure was I was enduring, because I didn't want anyone to experience the shame I was experiencing.
Now looking back, it was probably the best thing that could have happened to me because that day, I found out that I coudn't hurt other people, found out one thing that I valued more than my ego: humanity. At that moment of recognition, I made a decision to myself : in whatever I will do, I must respect humanity and do everything to help people in becoming more than who they are, not because I want to show off to people, but because that is me, that is who I am, as a human being.

That is the place I am taking people with me, that is the place you are talking about, Bo. Thank you for this video. Love you!
