One thing bothered me and that is the way you were laying tiles on the floor. The adhesive needs to be applied in a straight line, right-angled to your longer side of the tile. If it's applied in random lines like you did the tiles won't last long especially if they are floor tiles. When you apply the adhesive correctly you also need to push the tile left-to-right so that it's glued good. Still a nice first renovation :)

Nice job. I don't understand the mentality of a hoarder. I realize it is a mental illness but it would totally gross me out to know there are living creatures making their home in all the piles of junk around the house.

It's a dumb idea, people like strong independent adults not vote-for-me kids. If you flip houses just go for cheap and non-personal. Add flavor when you sell that is easy to remove. People that dislike it will think 'Well we'll just chuck that out.'. Middle ground for fast selling.

Buy the ugliest house that you can afford and nobody wants. Make it a dream, sell, repeat. Everybody can be a millionaire at 30.
