Epic 3 in 1 Remodel | Turning My 2 Bedroom House Into a 3 Bedroom

In this video, I’m going to show you how I turned my 2 bedroom house into a 3 bedroom. At the same time I remodel the kitchen and hallway which also required work in the attic and basement. And we're gonna do it... Right Now! 👉

Actually, let’s start with wow! What a year for my family and I! For the past year, I'm going to show you what our life has been like; non-stop, calculated remodels to not throw our life into shambles, and well, sometimes exhausting. I must have well over one hundred hours of unedited footage. 😲

Maybe one day I’ll post it all, bloopers, outtakes, you name it, but for today, you’ll get 40 minutes of the epic 3-in-1 remodel. From remodeling the kitchen, the hallway, a 3rd bedroom but also adding in some attic and basement projects to support those remodels, I’ll go over my thought process while completing it all. And don’t you worry, there is a great surprise(s) thrown in there!

I wanted to thank you all for your years of support and I truly appreciate you watching my videos. I hope you enjoy this video! And if this is your first time consider subscribing for more home repair content like this!

You’re amazing. She’s a lucky woman to have a husband who can take care of things and make a nice, safe and comfortable home. Oh, congratulations!

Wow, there was like no insulation in that room. This room is going to be so much more comfortable now. Great job!

As a European, I find this fascinating. Our houses are made of bricks and concrete or whatever it's called in English and there is no way you can just cut a hole in your wall to install a new electricity plug or hide cables. Congrats on that amazing work, the precision always blows me away. If I started anything on an unlevel floor or ceiling it would just end up even less leveled 😂

Nothing better than a man that can fix things, remodel, build things, etc.

WoW! Congrats on the babies❤️The second I saw that door with plot twist, I heard "Build it and they will come." You and your family have a beautiful home that will last another 100 years now. My home was built in 1940 and I love it-there's something about that era. Thanks again for another great video!

Totally unexpected ending to your video. Congratulations on the twins! As a Dad of 16 year old twins this brought back alot of memories of when we remodeled our home to prepare for them. Having twins is amazing. Enjoy every moment with them because time goes by so quickly. God bless, keep up the great content!

A dream husband that finishes the work...and beautifully I might add..I love, love your attention to detail ...doing it while you are there, finishing edges, the gap in the floor..adding wood to joist to make sure you have a walkway in attic ...and the plot twist....excellent..
.congratulations

Wow! Congrats on the twins! We are currently in the process of converting our enormous mud room into our 3rd bedroom and adding a 2nd bathroom! I’m looking forward to the 2nd bathroom because it will allow us to completely renovate our current 3/4 bath into a full.

Man I'm not a homeowner (yet), but if I was I'd want someone like you doing any renovations I wanted done!

One of my favorite things is how clean you kept your work areas.

I love a man that's handy. I come from a family of carpenters by trade, my dad, 2 brothers, an uncle and 2 cousins. My dad built our home and 2 cottages. Nothing is better to me than that ability. Forget flowers, jewelry, candy...build or fix me something, so I married a man like dear old dad! Lol

Hello Matthew. This is probably the fifth time I've watched this video and I never get bored watching it. I come from Germany and find it so fascinating how “easily” you can redesign your houses. It's very interesting. That's why I'm following you. I hope you will post many more great videos. Kind regards, Valerio ❤
