Wow! These young ladies are superb! Excellent katas! I’m a Goju man, but I really wish I had studied Uechi-Ryu as well. A really beautiful and powerful style. If these ladies understand the application of those techniques then they are formidable women.

Oh, btw, I still had the Canadian woman as the better of the two. Great transition from kamae to kamae and had crisp effortless punches and kicks.

Pangai Noon was never meant for sports competition! Uechi-ryu is falling apart. Okinawa was keeping the highest standard of the style. Not anymore. As for me, Natika Dawn represents better the style.

Hello to all! Im definitely not saying im better please dont take this wrong way but even neko-ashi defensive stance Rennee elena martin's hips seems so much on the back well even in sanchin dachi it looks kinda like "v" shape not a "l" because of that techniques seems came from arms not from hips usually because out of synch which arms finish faster, it happens time to time Even not all of them most of them looks like it to me..
Im not an expert or study in goju ryu style just wondering how can she won against natika whom only bad at shiko dachi which weight so much on the front(again i dont know this kata but it doesnt look like fudo dachi more like all have to be square so i think this is shiko) if somebody exğlains i appriciate sorry for my bad english by the the way i hope you can understand what i mean
