We flew all the way to New Zealand for this once in a lifetime culinary experience curated by celebrated Kiwi Chef @purenewzealand

One of the most beautiful experiences of our lives: we dined under the pristine starlit night sky of New Zealand, with the Southern Alps as our backdrop at Kura Tawhiti (Castle Hill), enjoying a 6 course elevated menu featuring local ingredients from all over New Zealand. This menu will be available to sample in Ben Bayly’s restaurants in New Zealand through to August 2025.

I’m Australian. There is a joke between Aussies and Kiwis (people from NZ) that we are neighbours living next door. We have arguments about who has the better rugby team and who invented certain food dishes.
There’s also arguments over who has the best wine, lamb, beef and dairy industries. Not angry arguments- the type of squabbling that you have with someone who you respect and who you’ll be having quite a few drinks with later on. NZ is a stunning country, absolutely beautiful. I truly hope that you are seeing both islands and sampling some of their wines.
I also hope that you’ll be venturing “across the pond/fence” to see what Australia has to offer and even potentially take a trip into multicultural Melbourne- with our large Greek, Italian, middle eastern and Asian populations and restaurant districts . 😊
