Weiler Abrasives New Pipeline Grinding abrasives.

Welcome back everyone to Schofield welding. I’m going to be demonstrating and telling you about a product specifically designed for pipeliners and pipe welders. It’s the Weiler Abrasives tiger pipeliner disk. Guys the race is on with who can create a disks that from start of day to end of day will cut clean and aggressive without glazing over. The Tiger Pipeliner disk is the closet thing Ive found so far. Now they will on occasion glaze up but to a very low amount. They are designed to self chip through out the day and continue cutting. On the pipeline or for any pipe welder speed and consistency is key to a good day of work. We got the opportunity from Weiler to send a box of these beauties out to us so we could test drive them! Really !! Your really get in to the grinding disk which is another great vid, but then spin that disk off the all thread and move on, ,,
That's the easiest way and best way I'v ever seen to store a bunch of disk's on your truck Thank's Again !!!

Yeah man the weiler flapper wheels and the grinding discs are top notch I prefer metabo cutting wheels though. Also man good for you wearing that respirator and sugar scoop. It’s hard as hell to change the way you’re comfortable doing things but man it’s a good idea. This channel is great and you seem like a real genuine dude keep it up.

been watching your video's for awhile nice to see your clean cut etc I got to do the same for the new year for my business thank you for showing the tiger disc but more important the show man ship a lot of folks wont under stand but I have watched you transform at the end of the day if your not dirty ur not working thank you and you family enjoy you holidays together

I use that same disc as well. Right now on 20" .375 wall. And it is a tough disc.

Try them norton quantum 3. Best I’ve ever tried, hands down the best.

I just found some grind wheel that really impress me. There called Camel grinding wheels cmg. They look somewhat similar maybe made by the same company.

Used the crap outta tiger stuff doing structural in california, they definitely make a difference.
