I've never seen Tommy Emmanuel do "so little". Mike Dawes already covers so much of this song on his own that there is hardly any room for another guitar. Yet, Tommy finds his way to add even more layers to it. He doesn't draw too much attention, he rather elevates what Mike does even further. Brilliant collaboration, two masters at work in perfect harmony.

Everytime I listen to Tommy playing with someone else, I'm blown away by how well he balances out his playing. He manages to add more to every song he plays, while also knowing to step back at the right time and let the other guitarist have their moments.
