O Γιώργος Τσούκαλης γεννήθηκε στα Ιωάννινα. Eίναι ιδιωτικός ερευνητής και συγγραφέας. Έλαβε το πτυχίο της Ανωτάτης Βιομηχανικής Σχολής Πειραιά και ξεκίνησε την ενασχόλησή του με τις ιδιωτικές έρευνες.
