She doesn't have a uniform, walking with her purse and people want to point out that it was a simple error. 2nd this clip started late, she was walking and she grabbed the shoe from her, as of she were not a person, then demanded her to do her job. No need to talk to her like that even if she were staff.

1. If someone is not wearing a uniform ask them if they work there first.
2. The lady was dressed so well and was carrying a handbag. Even if she was dressed worse, someone carrying a handbag is a clear tip that they are not working there.

I’m not saying “I’m sorry I don’t work here” to a woman that not only snatched the shoes from my hands but also spoke to me as if I was a servant that should do her ever call. it doesn’t work like that. It’s also not freaking hard to ask if they work there or not. Don’t assume and demand. It just shows you guys enable this kind of behavior EVEN IF that white woman was in the wrong and acting rude. Just because she said please doesn’t mean she was nice or asking for help.

Was grabbing something off the top shelf for someone once. They were nice. A lady watching down the aisle, yelled "when you're done, come down here. I need .. (blah blah)"
Me: "I don't work here. I'm helping."
Her: "then you can help me too"
Me: "no"
Her: "that is very rude..."
Me: at this point I'm closer to her and interrupt mid-sentence, to start barking at her. Literally, barked like a dog a couple times then walked away. Just seemed like the right response at the time.
