After two great years with KEF R11 speakers, it’s time to let them go to someone who would appreciate them more than I do, it was great musical two years.

This is just a quick video in my opinion that shows just a little bit of the hard work that is required to make these videos 👍❤️

I have these speakers. I’ve had then for a while now. I luv them. When I upgraded a couple of years ago, I auditioned them alongside ATC, B&W, Q Acoustic, Monitor Audio Etc. I was sold on their transparency, dynamic capability, tonal quality, off access response, easy to drive, fit’n finish and value for money. I guess it ultimately comes down to personal preference, partnering equipment and room compatibility. If I had to criticise them, they could do with a little more mid-bass slam and a little more body on the mid-range. Nothing though is perfect. You have to minimise the compromises.

After seeing this I'd have no hesitation in loaning equipment to you!

I bought mine because of your love for them. I thought they sounded OK at the dealers, but once home, I ended up reboxing and got rid of them just like you did. Definitely a money losing proposition. Ugh!

I swear to it that reboxing very expensive tall narrow speakers is quite a chore.. that's why you should never buy speakers without auditioning them in person first to be sure that's what you want so you don't have to go through this and send them back freight. To spend money just to buy speakers bring them home listen to them for a day find out you don't like them is a real waste. Do your wallet and your personal income so just go find what you like audition them in person listen to them over and over again spend the day at the electronics store bring your favorite music they like that and then by what you like so that you don't have to return
