For the second time on the channel, we are checking out Joe Walsh with his song "Rocky Mountain Way." This was an amazing performance from not only Joe Walsh, but the entire band! I loved the slide work he was doing and the horn section brought that extra fire! This song has so much groove and I cannot wait to check out more from him! Hope you enjoy! #reaction #joewalsh #rockymountainway #eagles #musicreactions

I love Joe Walsh!!! I was so blessed to be able to see him live with Jackson Browne at a No Nukes Concert in Santa Fe, NM back in 1981!! It was a phenomenal concert!!

You should watch him perform this at Darryls House. Fantastic performance.

This was something of a mash up between "Rocky Mountain Way" and Bob Dylan's "Everybody Must Get Stoned"....

For a real good chuckle, check out Joe's tune "Ordinary Average Guy." He had a unique sense of humor. 😊

"Funk #49" from when he played in The James Gang is a song that should be checked out by all.

Joe Walsh was first to do the talk-box in 1973 on this song on his Smoker You Get album.
Frampton did it on his live record in 1976. Joe was the first to bring it to rock radio.

Joe Vitale on drums...his partner in crime for many years...solid tasty drummer...plays on Life's Been Good. A legend that not enough folks know...songwriter too, sang his own songs on couple Joe's solo records, Days Gone By is one.

He actually never was a "Member" of the Eagles he was a "Featured Guest" as they say. Timothy B. Smith also a featured guest.😁🔥🤘✌!

Loved this song from the get-go. All I can say is play it loud!!!!
And The Eagles were fortunate to snag him to join their band. Evidenced on their "Hotel California" album. The dude's insane

A true innovator
Don’t be fooled by the goofy persona.
Duane Allman taught Walsh how to play the slide
And he hot wires those pickups for that growly tone

Got to see him with the James Gang in the early 1970s, Morris County Comm College in NJ.

Check out the Live Version of Life's Been Good, Live at Darryl's House, Daryl Hall of Hall and Oates, invited his favorite artists to his home, and does impromptu jams, at his home studio, have dinner, and jam some more...many episodes, but the Joe Walsh episode is epic. Plus I'm sure they had to repaint the studio cuz the rock peeled the paint off the walls! Let's Go...please react. ❤😂

First time I've seen this video with Dylan's "Rainy Day Women #12 & 35" & "Rocky Mountain
Suggestion #49" when Joe was with James Gang
Great reaction!

The real title of the Bob Dylan song the horn section is playing is "Rainy Day Women Numbers 12 and 35", but everyone calls it "Everybody Must Get Stoned", after the refrain.
