Such a great actor. That unforgettable VOICE!! I loved him as Col. Brandon in Sense & Sensibility. So handsome, and just perfectly nailed the character: Strong, silent type, caring & protective of women, but a bit awkward around them, ethical and dignified. I liked an old movie he did yrs ago, a bittersweet love story called Truly, Madly Deeply. I was sad when he passed. RIP Mr. Rickman, sir.

is he was equally admirable as a man. He was generous, kind, a loyal spouse and a gentleman. His death is a huge loss to the world. Thank goodness he left a bit of himself in every role he played. Rest in peace, Alan Rickman. ❤❤❤
