Chinese Defense Minister: China's military kept to moderate size

China once again stressed that its security policy is defensive in nature and that it's keeping its military to a moderate size. Defense Minister General Wei Fenghe made the remarks at the Beijing Xiangshan Forum, which opened on Sunday with a focus on international security.
