Ingredients
1 lb steak
1 yellow onion
8 oz mushrooms
1/2 stick butter
2 Tbsp flour
1 3/4 cup beef stock (400 mil)
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
3 Tbsp sour cream
salt and pepper to taste

Egg Noodles

Season your beef with salt. In a large frying pan over medium high heat, add oil and sear your beef. Once fully cooked season with pepper and set aside. Then add butter and onion to your pan. Saute until softened. Next, add mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes or until softened. Then add flour and cook for one minute. Then add beef stock and simmer until thickened about 6 minutes. Lastly, add Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, sour and salt and pepper to taste.

Serve over egg noodles or rice. Enjoy!
