Dining at Bolero Bistro | A Local Favourite in Bermuda

We spent the morning with Executive Chef, Jonny Roberts at Bolero Bistro in Bermuda. The bistro is tucked in a narrow alleyway just off Front Street in the City of Hamilton and takes inspiration from the vibrant upscale dining scene in the UK and Europe.

Simplistic dishes with minimal ingredients and minimal fuss, nothing that you can call pretentious.
