No wonder Liurnia and Leyndell have gone to war before, not only did a bluntstone invent a spell that could deflect the Elden Beasts power but a witch came up with a spell to shred said beast, too.

Tried all the spells on this boss but nothing comes close to this. All spells have good situations, but most are pretty weak against him. Even comet azur. Beat him on my second try with this spell

Its no coincidencd that the godslayer greatsword has the same shape as shard spiral. This spell also shreds malikeths gargoyles.

This spell also helped me against Elden Beast in my first game as a mage. Later on I finished him with Stars of Ruin. Spiral Shard is such a good spell vs large.

As a noob who probably plays worse than a dog stepping and chewing on a PS4 controller shard spiral really made it for me and also second try with this sorcery. I have really struggled with this boss. Comet Azure, Meteorite shower and other strategies didn't really work additionally with the newest patch. With this technique the elden beast also doesn't seem to move away so fast at the beginning and you can let the spirals do it for you. It almost felt a bit surprising and disappointing that it went down so easily but after the many attempts before I am totally fine. ;)

I spammed RadaBeast with it and it was VERY effective (+ a distracting Mimic)! Never going back to a risky melee build!

Yo I have the spell and enough int to use it but it’s still grey when I try using it with my finger seal. What type of seal or staff do I use?

What stas are required because even with a +10 Lusats staff and both graven talismans and the Sword Talisman and 70 intel I still don't seem to do alot of damage with the spiral
