You don't need the bolt. The wire under tension will hold the nail in place.

That's why I always carry 10 Guage wire, a bucket of assorted nails, nuts, bolts, slag bolts, a quart of oil, gallon of gasoline, angle grinder, Dremmel, a router, mig welder, mitre saw, rubber bands, rivets, 80 gal air compressor, a compass and first aid kit in my back pack.

How many saggy fences have a nut strung on the wire to facilitate that knot. Can you anchor it with the loop part and the 2 nails somehow?
