For Solo, I prefer Unstable Clanfear. For groups, I use Twilight Matriarch, because the Clanfear survives better, has an AoE attack, and only heals you/itself. Twila is pretty squishy, she can get in the way (Those wings can obscure targets, NPCs, chests, doors...) and she also heals an ally, but Solo, there are no allies to heal.

New to ESO and this build so far is the best that I've found for pve content. Its also decent in pvp for a while, then comes the oh crap moment when everyone on the enemy team (8 players total) focus on you all while your spamming ward and matriarch heals because your kill count exceeds 12 players.

Since I got a gaming PC had to start all the way over from when I played on xbox but this is my first build I starting playing with, it's easy to do, good character to start with

Been playing with my mag sorc more and this build is helpful! Still need illambris and iceheart shoulders, running slimecraw since it's the only full damage set I have at the moment. Still need more keys and luck with that RNG! XD

I am only level 15. Played Templar to 15 and liked it. Started a sorcerer and LOVE it. Unfortunately there are too many good skills even when only bar is available. But that lightning!

i would definitely put some points in bastion and the node that decreases the cost of your dmg shield abilities. With these maxed out i get a 19k dmg shield and with the sustain makes you almost unkillable
