A friend of mine has been letting his friend keep his vehicles at his work shop that he shares with another related business...
Recently his friend was involved in a high speed chase
with the police on his motorcycle & tried to lose them by hiding at my friends shop...
When they caught him there, they raided my friends shop.
His landlord showed up towards the end.
His friend was arrested for reckless felony evading and driving on a suspended license.
The next day the police department called MY friends landlord and told him
that MY friend(who had NOTHING to do with it)was selling drugs out of his business, and my friend almost has to shut down his business....
Is this legal?His friend wasn't charged with any drug charges....There were NO drugs found on the premises...and
my friend had nothing to do with
the situation....
I'm so confused and outraged...Can anyone help me understand this please?

I don't know, does this apply in oral? because I have been repeatedly accused by people of incest, verbally? I think they even said it to my supervisors and the supervisors even repeated it to me in an insult manner. I do not to think of it but just wanted to sock 'em in the face. Can I sue? I am worry one of these days, the insults get to me and I ended up in a physical confrontation and they could sue me. (after I have stab them in their jugular)

I have a situation with a female which has spread rumor and down right lies on facebook. I would like to give Facebook and the Individual an opportunity to remove any Slanderous Material, before I take futher action. I was informed that I could  "cease and desist" letter to the Social Networking site, and to the Individual. I was also told that I could hold Facebook liable if the information is not removed.
