Why Andy Warski Is Wrong About Vegans

Watching Andy speak I can tell he is the one who has a baseline angry disposition and is projecting his own negativity onto the vegan community. I'm sure his negativity isn't isolated to just this subject either since angry people have a twisted view of reality, they see it everywhere because of their own anger issues.

Open Message to Andy:

1) Of course you have the *right* to eat animal products. Who said otherwise? Why do meat-heads constantly pretend that vegans are forcing them to eat a vegan diet?

2) If Andy finds vegan youtube channels so distressing, he can stop watching them. Again, nobody is forcing him. Why is he so upset about other people expressing their opinions?

3) If Andy has evidence that vegan diets cause hair loss, or muscle weakness, let him present that evidence. Unverified anecdotal stories are entirely meaningless.

Andy is certainly one of the few anomalies. We thought he went vegan because he lost a debate, which is why he probably wasn't motivated to get serious about it. Veganism works for millions of people. And he was worried about eating all the time? Who doesn't want to eat all the time and not worry about gaining weight!

The first year I was vegan I lost more hair than ever. But after that now my hair is stronger than ever after 4 years being vegan :) I heard this happen to other people, eat a lot of carbs and enough protein and vitamins and everything will be alright and you will feel amazing!
